Zmazanie používateľského účtu

Pre zmazanie údajov vo Vašom používateľskom účte postupujte nasledovne:

  1. Prihláste sa do aplikácie TruckPoint
  2. Pomocou hlavného menu vysunutého z ľavého okraja obrazovky navigujte na obrazovku “Profil”
  3. Tlačítkom “Zrušiť profil” môžete vymazať Váš profil a s ním spojené údaje

 

Zrušením používateľského profilu sa z našej databázy vymažú osobné údaje ktoré sú spojené s Vaším profilom  = t.j. Vaše meno, obrázok profilu, uložená história aktivity v aplikácii. Účty v ktorých ste jediným administrátorom budú taktiež vymazané. Vami vytvorené dáta v existujúcich účtoch iných používeteľov v databáze zostávajú pokiaľ ich vlasníci nevymažú.

Ak máte akékoľvek problémy alebo požiadavky ohľadom Vašich údajov v aplikácii TruckPoint, môžete nás kontaktovať pomocou emailu alebo na telefónnom čísle uvedenom v sekcii Kontakt.

Deleting your User Profile

You can follow these steps to delete your User Profile:

  1. Log in to the TruckPoint app
  2. Use the main menu drawer by swiping from the left-hand side of the screen to navigate to the “Profile” screen
  3. Tap the “Delete Profile” button to delete your User Profile and the associated data

 

Deleting your User Profile removes the information tied to your account from our database – your name, profile picture, saved application activity history. Accounts where you are the only Administrator will also be deleted. Data you created within other people’s Accounts will continue to exist until the owner of the Account removes them.
